Okay, so the CIA and FBI do it, why not the Shin Bet, Israel’s security service?
They’ve launched a website…and they even have job listings. In fact, the point of the site is recruitment. They have some interesting positions on there, but it does seem kind of banal to see positions for Oracle database administrators.
Just as a point of information, Israel has 3 key intelligence agencies: the Mossad which handles foreign intelligence; AMAN, which is military intelligence, controlled by the IDF; and the Shin Bet which is responsible for Israel’s internal security including in the territories.
