(Hackneyed) Line of the Day

Muffti is sure that you all have heard that psycho lunatic Libyan Leader Gadhafi called both Israelis and Palestinians “idiots”:

I cannot recognize either the Palestinian state or the Israeli state. Don’t be angry, Abu Mazen, but the Palestinians are idiots and the Israelis are idiots. The solution I think is to have a single state. We cannot have two states.

No one was especially impressed, but reactions varied. Abbas chuckled during the fiery speech. Tayeb Abdel Rahim, secretary general of the Fatah Central Committee, made the following colourful appeal:

[Gadhafi should stop] exporting his theories to us. The Palestinian people have enough headaches and do not have enough aspirin.

The best response, however, seems to have been Foreign Ministry spokesman Mark Regev’s:

It takes one to know one.

  1. Hilarious.

In the meantime, (far) Lefties all over the world agree with Gadhafi.
