My favorite Hebrew subtitle ever was in the Adam Sandler movie Little Nicky. The original line was “Popeye’s chicken is the shiznit!”. The subtitle said “Popeye’s chicken yoteir tov mi-schnitzel.”

You know, they say it’s an honor just to be nominated, but it’s a little sad knowing that this year I have no shot of winning. I mean, how’m I gonna get Dolce and Gabbana to dress me for the awards show?

[calms down] Right. It’s an honor just to be nominated. And there are some amazing new blogs to be met and blogrolled, which is totally the important thing, the expansion of the J-blogosphere, and of the global conversation that is Jewish blogging…
