The ideas were presented on December 23 by the president, and they basically said the following: On borders, there would be about a 5 percent annexation in the West Bank for the Israelis and a 2 percent swap. So there would be a net 97 percent of the territory that would go to the Palestinians. On Jerusalem, the Arab neighborhoods of East Jerusalem would become the capitol of the Palestinian state. On the issue of refugees, there would be a right of return for the refugees to their own state, not to Israel, but there would also be a fund of $30 billion internationally that would be put together for either compensation or to cover repatriation, resettlement, rehabilitation costs. And when it came to security, there would be a international presence, in place of the Israelis, in the Jordan Valley. These were ideas that were comprehensive, unprecedented, stretched very far, represented a culmination of an effort in our best judgment as to what each side could accept after thousands of hours of debate, discussion with each side.

Arafat turns down $ 30 b US offer GAZA CITY, Aug 11 (AP) —

Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat has turned down an American plan to set up a $ 30 billion international fund to resettle refugees, a Palestinian official said. Mr Salim Zanoun, the Chairman of the PLO Central Council, said yesterday that the offer came during last month’s summit at the Camp David presidential retreat outside Washington.

hello it is me again, the anti-semite. Hello how are you today. Let me start by reminding everybody that there was a holocaust, wherw 6 million people were killed. Let us also remind everybody that Jews only recognize the Jews that were murdered and never mention the others who were killed. So in other words 6 million jews were killed. Let us also remind everbody of the hardships the Jews of Israel are facing constantly from the Evil Terrorist Palestinians who were forced from their homes and land by a superior army (financed by Britain and the U.S.A) of the Jews. The constant rocket attacks that European ,russian ,American jewish settlers face is unbearable. Everybody must stand up for Israel, the American tax payers must and should give more to the innocent settlers, tens of billions of dollars they receive (not including what jewish congressmen steal)is not enough, they need more. Poor jews, Poor Poor Jews, Poor Poor little innocent philanthropist Jews.
