NorCal: Get On The Jewlicious Bus
Do you live in Northern California? Yeah? You like it? Cool. So uh… whatcha doin’ between the 9th and the 11th of March? We got this Jewlicious Festival thang going on in Long Beach. I know, I know… what a shlepp! But see here’s the thing – the Festival will kick the collective asses of all who attend. It’s got everything – hot, and I mean HOT Jewish music from out east – New York, Israel etc., great presenters, the sexiest Jews in all of California, fab food and a big chunk of the gang from Jewlicious. And what do you have? Rain, grunge music and uh… good coffee.
So here’s the scoop. Oy Bay and Sonoma State Hillel are getting a bus to take NoCal residents to the Festival. Oh and the bus pictured here is just for illustrative purposes. The actual bus will not look like that one and there will be no dirty hippies either.

Ummm… CK? Are you mixing up the Oy Bay Area with Seattle? (Well, it sure does beat raising cattle!) ‘Cuz the Oy Bay Area rocks the hizzouse, fo’ shizzle.
Also, the NorCal Jew-Bus (Jeebus!) does not discriminate on the basis of leftist ideology, dreadlock length, mean time since last shower, malodorous scent of Tofurkey, or propensity to snap your fingers in approval.

If it’s “SoCal,” it should be “NoCal.” But then again, Dr. Brown’s Cel-Ray Soda is also “NoCal.” I vote for calling Northern California “NoCa” and Southern California “SoCa.” It’s really the only logical thing to do.
NORCal – don’t even attempt to fit this into the lame ass Southern California paradigm – is also better referred to in this case as just plain…the Bay Area. Unless you suddenly found a bunch of Chico and Redding folks – in which case DAMN, that’s some serious outreach.
