Ein Karem and Pisgat Ze’ev Winter Mornings and Shabbat

Ein Karem and Mevaseret Zion
view from Kiryat Menahem, Jerusalem

Alright kids, it’s time to wish everybody a shabbat shalom. This is a view of Ein Karem and Mevassert Zion neighborhoods as captured early one snowy Jerusalem morning by Miri Israel who obviously has a sensitive eye and disposition. The day before she captured the following image from Pisgat Ze’ev. If you want to waste some precious time, review the discussion at Wikipedia regarding whether Pisgat Ze’ev is a neighborhood, a settlement or both. Well, the night Miri captured this photo, it was just a place with some beautiful trees by the night time lighting with the snow.

  1. I see you have snow there? Is it normal? We had so very little of it this winter.
