I am genuinely surprised to see the number of Jewish rappers that have popped up in the past decade (although I have a soft spot for MC Paul Barman, who seems to have disappeared) and I know Maya Rubin (the woman in Obama’s “Yes We Can” video that speaks in Hebrew) wants to do a Jewish rap album, too. Not to mention that Amy Winehouse would like to do a <a href=”http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/index.php/2008/01/15/mark-ronson-contemplates-amy-winehouses-grammy-performance-hanukkah-album/”<a>Hanukkah album</a>.
