Over here I mostly go by the Dr Oetker site and books as the recipes there are really tried and tested (as opposed to what one occasionally sees in magazines where the list of ingredients doesn't match the supposed product outcome); a book on baking has also been published in English, and it provides imperial as well as metric measures.
