Now here is a Jew who matured in his politics and opinions and was pushed out of his party because he wouldn’t tow the line. Consider him the “canary in the coal mine” for Jewish Democrats. Rabbi, it would do you and most American Jews well to follow his lead. No one’s asking you to flip parties. Maybe just go independent? Isn’t it just splendid that Obama can bring together Jews and Muslims like that (by promising both very different things)? Maybe he is Jesus!
