		<description>If I&#039;m right that this post is in fact making a comparison between Bush and Hamas, it&#039;s a pretty dumb one.  I&#039;m surprised you didn&#039;t use the current Congress&#039;s 18% approval rating as of June 29th, 2009.  Not only would it be closer, but more prudent given that both organizations are run by bureaucratic, idiotic populists and are &quot;social welfare organizations&quot;.</description>
