I’ve found the one vacation spot where there are no incoherent cab drivers, no cursing Russians, no German men in short shorts and socks in sandals, no Israelis talking on two mobile phones at a time, no frum Jewesses knocking you over with a buggy, no hugging Frenchmen, no arguing Italians, …..
…. just, possibly, the occasional polar bear. And those I’ve had a love for since I got my oldest surviving teddy bear (almost 30 years of age now), a plush polar bear made in Israel.
