The happy couple ponders rings
Move over Ivanka Trump, another celebutante couple is tying the knot. They have confirmed via text message that they are engaged. They did not meet on Birthright Israel; they met in DC, where both were born unto political families. Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of former U.S. President Bill Clinton and U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Rodham Clinton, is engaged to longtime BFF, Ed (Marc) Mezvinsky, the son of two former MOC’s (Members of Congress): Ed Mezvinsky (Iowa) and Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky (PA).
Mezvinsky, 31, worked at Goldman Sachs and is now at 3G Capital Management (i think it stands for good price, good mgt, and good looks); and Clinton, 29, is studying public health at Columbia.
Note: Many years ago, I was a volunteer on a Mezvinsky political campaign. That was way before he got indicted and served 7 lean yrs of prison time for defrauding people of millions of dollars. It has no influence on my posting this Shidduch.
