    Middle Feast.. cute idea… I hope that in future years the organizer can entice the even larger more popular NYC hummus purveyors in the future… namely… TAIM, TaimTruck, HUMMOUS PLACE, SAHADI, CHICKPEA, JERUSALEM103rd, TAHINI… of course, i realize that is easier said than done.. but good luck on getting more restaurants
